Manager, Talent Acquisition
St. Lukes Health System in Boise, ID seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage, hire and develop our growing team. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and will lead a team of 10 in supporting the recruitment efforts for our Physician, Advanced Practice Provider, Pharmacy, Therapies, Imaging, Behavioral Health, etc. services. The ideal candidate will have full-cycle recruitment experience supporting high touch and/or physician recruitment with a preferred background in leadership. This leader will be a key player in addressing process and flow opportunities across all areas of Talent oversight to ensure a streamlined, efficient approach that provides optimal candidate experience.
