SUMMARY: SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of Nursing Leadership; the Outpatient Treatment Center Patient Care Supervisor (PCS) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, organizing, and evaluating the effectiveness of day-to-day infusion center operations in accordance with health system objectives, policies, standards, and rules/regulations. Under the indirect supervision of the Director of Pharmacy, the Outpatient Treatment Center PCS is responsible for providing the community access to high-quality, affordable outpatient infusion services and preserving the treatment centers financial sustainability.
