·         Specialty hospital for medically complex patients

·         Pulmonary and Vapotherm Center of Excellence

·         Staff consists of all Registered Respiratory Therapist, 65% BSN or above RN’s, Current staff certifications include CCRN, PCCN, CNML, WCNC, NEA-BC, and RN-BC

·         Onsite BSN completion program partnership with South University with staff discounted rate

·         Simulation Lab and Clinical Transition Pilot Program

·         Free prep courses for national certifications

·         Robust atmosphere for Clinicals - partnerships with multiple nursing, pharmacy, therapy and respiratory schools.

The role you’ll contribute:

The Finance Manager is responsible for preparation and review of monthly financial statements and various financial reports. As a member of the financial services team, the Finance Manager collaborates with administration and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient focused and healing environment. Other areas of responsibility and focus include pro forma development, balance sheet management, and annual tax preparation

·         Demonstrates teamwork by maintaining a cheerful, helpful, and service attitude toward all guests and co-workers.

·         Maintains a positive working relationship with administrative representatives and leadership by communicating openly and completing projects in a timely manner.

·         Responds to all verbal and written communication in a timely and professional manner.

·         Keeps CFO informed of all pertinent activity.

·         Completes specific analysis to keep management informed of monthly activity.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·         Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience

·         Master's degree preferred

·         Current FL Driver's License required

·         CPA certification preferred
