Job Description: Directs. manages, coordinates and controls the activity of dietary services. Will be responsible for the daily leadership of the dietary services to ensure nutritional support to our patients. Director has 24/7 operational responsibility for the department.

Qualifications
- 8+ years previous experience in food service required.
- 3-5 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Certified Dietary Manager Preferred.
- ServSafe Manager Certification Required.
