In compliance with applicable New York and New Jersey State regulatory authorities, COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses of either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is mandatory for all MSK employees, contingent workers, and volunteers. Exceptions are permitted for those employees who request and receive an approved medical or fully remote exemption.

The Prostate Cancer Clinical Trials Consortium (PCCTC) is the nation's premier multicenter Clinical Research Organization specializing in ground breaking prostate cancer research. We work together with distinguished investigators on a single mission: to design, implement and complete hypothesis-driven studies in prostate cancer, translating scientific discoveries to improved standards of care.
Provide management and oversight of the PCCTC's Correlative Science Program, including oversight of sites and vendors involved in the collection, processing and shipment of biospecimens for correlative science research. Our correlative science research also includes imaging and patient-reported outcomes.
Ensure that the Correlative Science Program is efficient and effective in providing best-in-class support for PCCTC's translational research.
Drive and steer the implementation of the Correlative Science Program's strategic plan and each protocol's correlative plan in close collaboration with physicians and scientists within the accepted timelines, budgets, and resources.
Identify and qualify external vendors involved in the correlative science components of clinical trials, serving as primary liaison and relationship manager for key vendor partnerships.
Participate in key decisions regarding use and allocation of collected specimens, including strategic planning for timing of correlative analyses.
Lead correlative working groups of academic and industry experts to help advance correlative research from both a study-specific and programmatic perspective.
At least 7 years of research experience.
At least 4 years of leadership/management experience.
Prior experience in correlative science, relationship management, staff management, healthcare and operations management.
A consistent track record of being a self-starter and self-directed.
Exceptional communication skills in both written and oral form.
Strong consensus building, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to lead and facilitate group dynamics.
Strong ability to develop relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
This is a full-time remote position.
