The Culinary Health Fund provides health benefits to nearly 55,000 participants and their 77,000 dependents in the Las Vegas area. All participants work in the Las Vegas hospitality, culinary, bartending, and music industries. The Culinary Health Fund is dedicated to engaging and educating their participants about their health and benefits and identifying value-add services to provide the best possible care at an affordable cost.
Under the leadership of the new President, the Culinary Health Fund is at a pivotal point for growth and innovation. They operate one health center and two pharmacies with plans for immediate growth including additional locations. To support this growth, a new strategic and operational role has been created as part of the Senior Leadership Team - Vice President, Health Care Transformation.
In collaboration with the President of the Culinary Health Fund, Board of Trustees and healthcare partners, the Vice President, Health Care Transformation will develop and oversee the execution and management of strategic goals focused on transforming the delivery of care from a traditional fee-for-service model to population health focused to improve patient experience, quality, outcomes and reduce the total cost of care. The Culinary Health Fund seeks a visionary and progressive thinker with demonstrated experience in population health management to bring new ideas and partner with providers and staff to operationalize new care delivery programs, services and coordinated care models that promote value-based care. In collaboration with the Administrator of the health center(s), the Vice President will promote opportunities of synergy associated with a multidisciplinary team approach to operating and evolving the health center services.

Successful candidates will have served in leadership positions with accountability for population health and operational management within the primary care ambulatory setting and led programs that successfully improved quality, outcomes and the total cost of care. A track record of collaboration, engagement, cultivating strong internal and external relationships as well as fostering a respectful culture of commitment to service excellence is critical. An advanced degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
