Description Comprehensive Care Clinic Grants Manager JOB SUMMARY : In your pivotal role as Comprehensive Care Clinic Grants Manager, you will manage the Federal HRSA, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program grants, as well as assist faculty in preparing and assembling grants proposals/contracts in compliance with sponsor, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and federal guidelines and deadlines. You will interact with other internal and external departments and agencies to facilitate the development, submission, and administration of grant proposals. You will independently manage budget responsibilities for grants and monitor terms and agreements of grant awards for compliance. You also will work with the Medical Director and the Administrative Director to anticipate programmatic growth of the VCCC that relies on grant funding, as well as interface with the Division of Infectious Diseases on other funded projects. The Location : The Vanderbilt Comprehensive Care Clinic (VCCC), a nationally recognized HIV Center of Excellence and a certified Primary Care Medical Home, is located at Vanderbilt Health's One Hundred Oaks campus in Nashville, Tennessee. The VCCC provides care for more than 3,500 active outpatients living with HIV from Tennessee and adjacent states. The VCCC has on-site medical, psychiatric, adherence counseling, social work, and nutrition services. Patients with HIV/AIDS receive quality, comprehensive HIV care, regardless of their ability to pay. Department Summary : The Vanderbilt Department of Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases is dedicated to enhancing prevention and treatment of infectious diseases through discovery and application of new knowledge that is seamlessly integrated with mentoring trainees to become the next generation of national leaders in the field.
