We are looking for a highly driven innovator engaged in the ecosystem of startups, venture capital, corporate spinouts, and investments at the intersection of healthcare, pharma and information technology.
Deal Execution: In this role, you will be directly responsible for the negotiation and execution of contracts and licenses for multiple engagements. This person will work with companies at all stages of the capital lifecycle and structure collaborations, licenses, and other transactions end to end, including terms, pricing, diligence, and follow-on operational execution.
Executive communication: Consistent interaction with both external and MSK senior executive management on high visibility projects with chances to define consistent dialogues with internal and external executives and investors.
Broad scope: Our team will also give you an opportunity to step back and gain a comprehensive understanding of the broad MSK portfolio of cancer research and clinical treatment as you guide the emerging focus areas of the iHub.

Strong market intelligence and an industry network to identify and evaluate prospective partners, investors and ecosystem participants as well as diligence specific product and commercial capabilities.
Experience with partnership and accelerator/incubator management programs to launch, execute, lead and partner with a diverse group of healthcare and technology executives, self-starters and investors.
Build a collaborative investment and operating model for the MSK Innovation Hub program, as well as the identification, assessment and management of new technology collaborations with MSK.
Partner with MSK leadership as well as leading companies to develop and implement collaboration strategies and structures.
Manage the iHub program by structuring the recruiting and application process, vetting selected engagements and the ongoing management of both partner and MSK resources as they mature over time.
Who you are:
5 years of relevant healthcare technology experience
Program management experience in a sophisticated, technical environment
Excellent judgment, as well as organizational and communication skills
Prior experience with accelerator and incubator programs, healthcare/pharmaceutical startups or spinouts, venture capital, technical product/offering management, development, or delivery experience in healthcare technology, especially oncology-specific is highly preferred
Bachelors degree in relevant field; experience in lieu of degree
