*Minimum requirements : In this role, you will bring: * A life sciences PhD or PharmD (desirable); or BSc or MSc in life sciences. * 4+ years' experience within international Pharma clinical trial management/operations, coupled with a broad knowledge of the drug development field . * Strong project management experience; excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills; used to managing multiple priorities concurrently. * Leadership ability and well-developed interpersonal skills. A proven track record of successfully collaborating with and influencing a wide range of people and building strong partnerships * High change agility, thriving in an open and dynamic environment. Able to pro-actively learn, solve issues and take accountability. * Clear written and verbal expression of ideas; an active communicator

Opportunity You, as part of our team, will support or lead the clinical science and operations of planning and executing translational medicine clinical trials. More specifically, you will: * Support or manage scientifically and operationally complex clinical studies; driving and delivering aspects of global trial execution from study concept to final reporting, across multiple therapeutic areas. * Support or lead the matrix-management of high performing global clinical trial teams, collaborating across the organization and externally with service providers/investigator sites. * Develop study protocols and other essential documents. Ensure quality conduct, data review and document standards are applied across the trial lifecycle Contribute to project/program level decision-making. * Mentor junior team members as required. * Establish best practices in clinical trial operations and embrace an open, learning, sharing culture * Explore and implement novel trial designs * Unleash the value of data and digital within clinical studies Ultimately, YOU will help bring novel therapeutics closer to our patients.
