A highly qualified, experience professional who employs project management methodology and tolls to support assigned medical marketing, clinical trial recruitment, and call center projects. Works with Sales, Creative Services and Client Services to define and design the strategic and tactical components of each program, and deliver results that fulfill client and company objectives.
Project Management (70%)
Participate in preparation and/or review of Statements of Work as appropriate.
Assist in establishing project tactics, pricing, and pricing strategies.
Use advanced skills to create and maintain project management tools and deliverables to support project goals and team members, and deliver results.
Clearly communicate project management deliverable and status to all team members.
Assist in presenting status reports and other projects deliverable to clients and management.
Prepare project management components of project budgets, aids in estimating overall budgets, monitors project budgets.
Escalate project risks and issues to appropriate department/team members and track resolutions.
Client Management (15%)
Identify scope changes, develop, and manage change orders with client
Prepare and deliver program reports and analyses for client
With other team members, prepare and provide client training and/or presentations.
Industry Knowledge (15%)
Maintain and continually expand knowledge of the healthcare industry, marketing services (including tactics and techniques), call center services and project management techniques
4 years of project management experience in managing complex marketing projects for the healthcare industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
Strong team member interaction and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain the confidence of all levels of management, both internally and externally.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage projects in a complex environment with multiple business customers and vendors/alliances. Excellent planning, organizational and project management skills with the ability to utilize current technology and tolls to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.
Demonstrated analytical ability in business planning, strategy development, and financial management/acumen.
Ability to prioritize and make day-to-day project decisions decisions and recommendations.
Project Management Certification (such as PMP) is a plus, not required.
