Territory Sales Representative
Grow utilization of in existing and new hospital accounts.
Place devices in new hospital accounts.
Optimize physician usage and benefits of blood volume analysis.
Maintain agreed quality standards with regard to products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.
Collaborate with clinical support to service customers in the field.
Work within and actively enhance core mission and corporate strategies, policies and procedures.
Provide technical backup at a range of client interactions, including device installs, sales and clinical meetings, and medical trade shows.
Provide on-call support, in-services, and educational presentations to customers, in conjunction with the clinical support team.
Support adoption and build advocacy through regular contact with key clinician decision makers.
Support clinical study activity in conjunction with the marketing team.
Gather intelligence on customer and competitor activity.
Attain and maintain the product knowledge and complete internal education as needed.
Support a safe and efficient working environment at customer institutions.
Conduct pre- and post-sales institutional clinical/technical workflow assessments.
Present sales findings, plans, and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the sales team to support team learning and future expansion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Engaging and capable speaker, presenter and educator with strong presence and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Build strong relationships with specialists and peers; swiftly establish credibility with customers and other key stakeholders; diplomatic, tactful, and empathetic.
Clinically astute with a demonstrated understanding of the utility and potential of blood volume analysis across a range of indications.
Willing and able to learn technical information and to operate as a subject matter expert.
Customer-focused; understands and delivers excellent information, expertise, support and service.
Strong understanding of hospital clinical and financial stakeholders and decision makers.
Enjoys interactive collaboration in a team environment, yet also is self-motivated and able to effectively work autonomously.
Energetic and well organized with a can-do attitude; manages time effectively and is able to define and adapt priorities as needed.
Demonstrable track record in developing and achieving objectives individually and collaboratively.
Preferred backgrounds include: nuclear medicine technician; medical device, diagnostic, and/or pharmaceutical sales; cardiology or intensive care clinician
Strong consideration given to cardiology, intensive care, nuclear medicine, and/or hematology clinical experience.
Digital literacy required.
